Great Minds Think
Alike is the second FUEGO´s issue, the importance of big minds
and what on the head is, where the creative thought and hats take
different shapes and ideas from several tanned works as with the Joe
Flasch hats made with spontaneity and with materials taken from every
moment and place, the Manuel Albarrá´s works are metallic,
futuristic and wearable items, we find as well the photographs of
Samantha Casolari showing people with hats in a foggy and blurry
ambient. But what really dealed with the main issue theme it´s
the story about Salvador, the hat´s collector cowboy, an old man
over 70 who collected hats and lighters over years. This is more than a
fascination for the genealogy of great minds, this is a kind of nice
delirium.

Issue #01 - We Want to Believe

Two curious and cosmic minds as those of Coke Bartrina and Elena
Gallén had to coexist in a world shaped as biannual fanzine,
that universe is called FUEGO. You are landing on the first issue, We
want to believe, the place to embrace collage art, space illustrations,
UFOs based on the fifties UFOs models superimposed on mysterious
landscapes… Yes, to believe in unknown worlds will save us of
our own.
An elegant fanzine made with intense visual stuff like galactic
architecture and ETI designs curated by a photographer and a designer
based in Barcelona.
All the works are expressly created for every issue. We can see here
art from several artists: Adrià Cañameras, Ana Merino,
Liam Crokard, Rainer M. Grant, Raquel Galván and Keaton Henson.
You can hold on your hands a small part of the cosmos.
